The people I met were great and really kind. It was a bit of a long process with 3 rounds, but the conversations were friendly and gave me a lot to think about.

I applied online through LinkedIn and then had a phone interview and a technical interview. The HR person was really nice and paid attention to me, and the phone interview went really well. For the technical interview, there were three service designers, and they were also very professional. They asked me to present a past project and asked relevant questions about why I chose to use certain tools. The bad part was that after the technical interview, they ghosted me. It's been two months since the technical interview and I haven't heard back from frog. I sent two follow-up emails but got no reply.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I wasn't impressed with frog's hiring process. They first reached out 3-4 months ago, and I went through a bunch of phone and in-person interviews. I talked to about 12 people over those 3-4 months. It was very disorganized, and they seemed to have trouble making decisions. Their follow-up was really poor, or non-existent. It really put me on an emotional rollercoaster. After interviews, I'd feel great about frog, then hear nothing for days or weeks, even after I followed up, making me wonder if I was still in consideration. Then, unexpectedly, I'd hear something, but it wasn't a decision, just a request for more interviews. It felt very unprofessional. I'm not sure if it's an HR issue or a company-wide decision-making problem, but it was a really frustrating experience. On the plus side, everyone I interviewed with was super nice, didn't have big egos, and was very talented and creative in their fields.
