So, the process involved a phone interview, then an assessment day, and finally a chat with the hiring manager. Both the phone interview and the assessment day included a case study, which were done over the phone and weren't too challenging.

Frog's hiring process is a bit of a mess, despite them recruiting from top schools. Be ready for disorganization: timelines change, interview standards are inconsistent, and they ghost candidates. Some parts of the interview might be totally different from what the recruiter said. My interviewer seemed uninterested. The recruiter was all over the place with responses, and the team makes promises they don't keep about follow-ups. If they ghost you, you likely avoided a bad situation. It seems like frog has gone downhill since the Capgemini Invent acquisition, which matches what others have said. Lots of people have left, and they haven't been hiring on campus for a while.
