Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Freudenberg Group.
Software Engineer
The interview process involved a total of 2 rounds. The first was with the manager and the second was with the HOD. They asked simple, basic, and interesting questions, including some about SQL databases and front-end technology.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about oops concepts.
- What do you know about .net?
Product Development Engineer
I saw the Product Development Engineer opening on the company website and applied. After that, I was selected for the second round based on my resume screening and the initial HR call. The first interview was conducted by HR, and they moved me forward to the technical interview stage. Unfortunately, the interviewers didn't show up, and they later apologized and said they had hired another candidate.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Product Developer
I was interviewed by three people on a video call. It was mostly behavioral with a couple of questions about skills and past projects. I was expecting technical questions but none were asked.
- Could you tell me about the skills you've utilized in your projects?
