So, there were two rounds for the interview, one online and then one on-site. It all took about a month from when I started to when they gave me the offer. Overall, I had a good experience in both rounds.

I had a call with the hiring manager that was about 30-45 minutes. We mostly talked about my resume and skills. Lots of discussion about the day-to-day in past jobs and projects. They asked me what 3 skills others would use to describe me. After that call, she told me I'd be coming back for a second in-person interview. I spent about 45 minutes touring the plant, and she explained the process flow and manufacturing. Then I met with two operations managers and the Engineering Manager. They asked really similar questions. Again, I was asked what 3 words co-workers would use to describe me. I also had to describe a weakness. I don't recall the exact questions, but we talked a lot about teamwork, communication, and my ideas on how to deal with problems related to those aspects of the job. There wasn't much technical questioning; at most, I was asked to give examples of projects where I used the technical skills on my resume.

First I had a call where they asked about my motivations and when I could do a phone interview. Then there was a second call about my ambitions, classes I liked, what kind of work environment I wanted, and my general interests. The following week, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager where we talked about more technical stuff.
