It was a long process, but different and fun. I spent about three hours at NUBE. We did a spelling test, a personal introduction, a group presentation where we proposed solutions for one of three pre-selected topics, an essay on sustainability, and an English test. Out of 13 participants, only one other girl and I passed. In the final interview, we had a conversion test, an Excel test, and interviews with three different managers. What upset me was the promise of feedback that never came; they simply forgot about my participation and a week later sent a standard disqualification email through NUBE.

When you arrive at the company, you check in at reception. You'll then be shown to a room or met there. There will be three people interviewing you: one from HR, one from the department you're applying to, and a current intern. They will ask you questions about your resume.

The interview process was really good and smooth. Everyone was very nice. It used very standard questions and a standard interviewing approach. It was very nerve-wracking though because I spoke with many professionals.
