I applied through my college career services for a co-op and was soon thereafter selected to interview with EagleBurgmann. There was only one round of interviews at my college, and I heard a week after the interview that I had gotten the job. I was required to do a drug test and fill out preliminary work documents about a month before joining EagleBurgmann for employment. It was all very simple and straight forward. In the interview, it was more of a conversation instead of an interview. Mostly behavioral, and the hiring managers (2 interviewers) did not have any questions really prepared. It was mostly me asking questions and expressing my interest in the small firm.

First, there was a technical interview that I had to wait an hour and a half for in the HR office. Be confident in what you know! Then, there was a CAD test, which might differ depending on the department (Mechanical Seal, Seal Supply System, Couplings). Lastly, an interview with the Head of Department where they asked me to talk about myself.

I interviewed with the Indian manager, the Head from Germany, and HR. It was a recruiter call, and then they gave me an offer. They refused to provide a salary breakdown, and I couldn't get a clear answer about my salary even after asking several questions. Because of this, I declined the offer.
