Customer Service Representative
I had a Zoom meeting with 2 managers. They asked about my customer service experience in previous jobs, and SAP experience. They asked me about myself and what I did in between job gaps.
- Tell me about your customer service experience.
- Can you discuss your SAP experience?
- Meet with Order Fulfillment Manager/Hiring Manager and her manager.
Customer Service Representative
I had a couple of chats with recruiters. After I sent them my updated resume and answered some questions they emailed me, I haven't heard back. I even called one of the recruiters to ask for an update and if I was still being considered. She said they were still reviewing and I'd get an answer in about a week. It's been nearly three weeks and still nothing.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Service Representative
The interviewer seemed agitated and uninterested in conducting the interview. They were unprepared and started with basic questions from the beginning. Their approach was uncomfortable, and it didn't seem like the position was actually available yet.
- Would it be okay if I asked the questions?
