The interview process usually has several steps. First, you apply for the job by submitting your resume. Then, there might be a phone or video screening where recruiters ask basic questions about your background and skills. After that, you may face a technical test or assignment to evaluate your knowledge. If you pass, you'll attend one or more interviews, including technical and HR rounds. The technical interview checks your problem-solving skills, while the HR interview assesses your communication, attitude, and cultural fit. Finally, if you succeed, you may receive a job offer.

Software Development Engineer
I interviewed for Deliveroo's campus drive which had 3 rounds: a technical round (tr), followed by system design, and then an HR round. In the tr, I had to solve and explain two DP coding problems. The system design round involved a paper with information about a land registration application. They asked me to design the schema, some basic API questions, and some system design questions. The HR round began with my introduction, then we discussed projects. I was asked to showcase website interfaces and answer some managerial and situation-based questions. That was my interview experience.
- If you're working on a project that could harm the environment, what would you do? Would you take the project (and compromise your values) or reject it (and have to explain to stakeholders)?
- What would you do if a project you were assigned might negatively impact the environment, considering your personal values and stakeholder communication?
