The interview process for this Project Trainee role for freshers involved an initial recruiter call and a subsequent phone screen. The discussion focused on my PG Diploma in International Business Operations, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical compliance, global regulatory strategies, and business operations within the healthcare sector. Key topics included the importance of regulatory affairs and an explanation of eCTD and CTD software.

The hiring process usually has a few steps. First, there's an aptitude test to check your logic and problem-solving. Then, a group discussion to see how you communicate, work in a team, and lead. After that, they'll ask technical questions to check your knowledge and how you solve problems in this field. The HR round is next, focusing on your personality, what you're looking for, and if you'll fit in with the company culture. If you pass, they do a background check to confirm your education and work history. Finally, you get an offer letter.

I had an offline interview at Canary Bang in November. After two weeks, I got to know I cleared all the rounds. In December, HR discussed the bond, salary, and company policies. I confirmed via email. A few days later, they asked for scanned mark sheets. Since then, no update on the offer letter or joining date, even after following up multiple times with HR and the manager. No response has been received. It's disappointing after putting in time and effort. Clear and timely updates would have been good.

Coding System Design Behavioral

I interviewed for Deliveroo's campus drive which had 3 rounds: a technical round (tr), followed by system design, and then an HR round. In the tr, I had to solve and explain two DP coding problems. The system design round involved a paper with information about a land registration application. They asked me to design the schema, some basic API questions, and some system design questions. The HR round began with my introduction, then we discussed projects. I was asked to showcase website interfaces and answer some managerial and situation-based questions. That was my interview experience.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • If you're working on a project that could harm the environment, what would you do? Would you take the project (and compromise your values) or reject it (and have to explain to stakeholders)?
  • What would you do if a project you were assigned might negatively impact the environment, considering your personal values and stakeholder communication?
