It was a pretty standard process - first a call with HR, then I talked to the hiring manager. After that, I had a week to work on a case study, which I then presented to the manager and some of my potential coworkers. The last step was a meeting with the SVP. HR was in touch throughout to keep me updated on my progress.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The whole thing was super streamlined and really well put together. It only took 14days from the first recruiter call all the way to the offer, which was pretty surprising and a nice change of pace. First, there was a recruiter call. Then, a 1-hour call with the hiring manager. After that, a 1-hour panel call with folks from design, engineering, and product. Next up was a 1-hour session where I had to figure out a problem and present a solution to the senior product team. Finally, they extended an offer.

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter was super informal, both before and during the initial video call. No email confirmation for the appointment, and then he messaged me saying I missed it. I pointed out he hadn't confirmed it, but we rescheduled. He then claimed he did confirm, even though I never got an email (checked spam, he'd emailed me before). The interview itself lacked structure. He seemed very technical, but didn't really probe into all the skills needed for a PM, and the role wasn't that technical to begin with.
