Operations Intern
The interviewer was good and the process was generally easy. They focused more on communication skills and overall management experience, as well as other job-related aspects. It was more of a standard HR interview. There wasn't much else to prepare for, aside from needing to clear the CCAT test.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Operations Intern
The first interview was easy and friendly, but the last one with the hiring manager was really bad. If you worked in another industry before, don't say anything about it. They ask you again and again why you want to switch, which is annoying.
- If you have experience in a different field, they will ask you why you want to switch. After you answer, they might not be satisfied and will ask the same question repeatedly. This can be frustrating.
- There's an email writing test where you have to share your screen and write an email in front of the hiring manager, all within 6 minutes.
Operations Intern
The interview process involved a CCAT Test in Round 1, which included tasks like matching pictures, matching words, and comparing mathematical expressions, each with a 6-second time limit. Round 2 was a Prelims Interview.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What's your expected graduation date?
- What's your understanding of Fresh Prints?
