I applied through campus recruiting. There was one behavioral onsite interview. They asked about my lab experience (I had no previous internships), showed me the testing lab, and then brought me to a conference room to ask standard questions. There were two interviewers. I wasn't given an offer because I was a Junior and they thought a Sophomore would be more likely to stick with the program. It was a great experience!

Got a call from an external recruiter first. Then, I had a phone interview with 4 people, which was about 20 minutes long. Later that day, they let me know they wanted me to come out for an interview. When I got there, I met with 5 different employees one-on-one. The vibe was really good and the interviews felt pretty laid-back. They took me out for lunch, and I got an offer just 2 hours after the interviews, which I accepted.
