The leadership is really lost and doesn't seem to know what they want from a candidate. They'll waste about 2 months of your time with 7 to 8 interview rounds, but then they won't give you an offer. The HR team is the worst; they lack basic decency, don't give feedback or clarity, and you're always chasing them for follow-ups. If you're thinking about joining, be super cautious because they're confused and have unclear expectations. They've been trying for the last 6 months to fill 6 ad ops positions but haven't been able to.

So this was a while ago, 2020, so things might be different now. There were 4 rounds. The first two rounds were about programmatic buying. It's fine if you don't know a ton about it since it's entry level, but you should definitely look into it. The first round was a pretty relaxed talk about programmatic buying, kind of like a lecture. The second round dug deeper into programmatic buying, so make sure you took notes from the first round and used what you learned. Ask tons of questions and show you're interested. The third round had the usual scenario-based questions. The last round was with the CEO, which was more of a chat.

It was a three-round process. All the interviewers asked standard questions about your background and your motivation to join the company. It was a very conversational and easy to talk to. The process moved quickly and wrapped up in about a week.
