Ad Operations Specialist
The leadership is really lost and doesn't seem to know what they want from a candidate. They'll waste about 2 months of your time with 7 to 8 interview rounds, but then they won't give you an offer. The HR team is the worst; they lack basic decency, don't give feedback or clarity, and you're always chasing them for follow-ups. If you're thinking about joining, be super cautious because they're confused and have unclear expectations. They've been trying for the last 6 months to fill 6 ad ops positions but haven't been able to.
- How do you build teams, mentor individuals, and establish processes for resource training and development?
Data Scientist
I applied online and did a first assessment. Then, I had a video interview with a team member, followed by two more interviews with other team members. After that, I had a quick 15-minute chat with one of them who then gave me a take-home assignment to complete over about a week. Finally, I presented my take-home work to the three people I'd interviewed with. Sadly, I didn't move forward, though they did mention liking my communication and coding skills but needing improvement in statistics. They were nice folks, but I felt giving me the take-home earlier would have been more efficient.

Marketing Specialist
This was honestly the worst interview I've ever had. The coordinator was nice and kept apologizing for making me wait so long during my office visits, like 45 minutes total combined. It's wild because multiple people talked about how important timing and first impressions are for clients, but nobody was on time for my interview. A lot of the questions were not about the job or clients, but about people's commutes. Then an executive showed up and asked super personal stuff like what my parents do, if my siblings have good jobs, and if they went to college. It was really uncomfortable, especially as a woman, and I almost left. He also seemed annoyed I hadn't used the platform, which makes sense since it's not online and I spent my time talking to 6 people about their bad commutes from San Jose. The in-office part was way too long, and I don't think they should make people stay that long. If someone's going to talk to 6 people before an executive, at least one of them should show the product and ask relevant questions.
- Did anyone in your family attend college?
Operations Support Specialist
Had an initial video call with the hiring manager. Then another interview with the team lead. After that, I interviewed with the operations manager, and there were supposedly more interviews after that. I think there were 5-6 video calls in total. However, I didn’t get that far. It was a terrible experience! At first, it was cool how fast and responsive they were. After the third interview, they stopped responding to me and all my emails went unanswered. They could have at least sent a denial email. Unprofessional to say the least. Glad I avoided this place!
