Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a 4-stage interview process. First, there was an HR screen. Then, a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. After that, a product case interview where I was asked to solve the 'X problem' and how I would uncover more info, work with engineering, and add value. Finally, a product presentation where I had to choose my own product and create an enhancement plan for a product roadmap.

Behavioral Technical Case

The hiring process was terrible. HR contacted me last minute for all interviews. The interviewer was late and didn't turn their camera on while I had to. They sounded half asleep and didn't seem to know what they were looking for. Even though it was a product manager role, they asked data scientist questions.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Recruiter was quick to schedule, and overall the interview process was pretty long. I talked to 4 people after the first recruiter phone screen. They seemed really interested in how I'd handle typical PM scenarios. There was also one live coding interview where they tested my SQL and Python skills. Everyone I met was really nice and gave me a good vibe about the company.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you describe your experience with SQL queries, specifically involving joins?
  • What motivates you to work at FreeWheel?
  • Describe your general approach to problem-solving.
