Water Resource Engineer
The interview process was really smooth and enjoyable. The recruiters are really sweet and helpful. Amazing company to grow in and they value people who like the process of learning, especially within Geotech, Structural, and Hydraulics/Water Resource engineering.
- Could you explain hydraulic jumps?
- Can you define EGL/HGL?
Facilities Intern
The interviewers were very nice and friendly. The interview mainly involved them going over my resume and asking questions about it, followed by behavioral questions and questions about my interests. No specific technical questions were asked beyond what was on my resume. This internship position doesn't require any specific prior knowledge.
- Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a fellow student or colleague and describe how you resolved it.
Engineer
The engineering interview was kinda tough, you know? It was like, half technical, half behavioral. They really wanted to see if you knew your stuff, could solve problems, and actually use that knowledge. Some questions were easy, others made you think hard. It really helped to know your tech stuff and explain things clearly to get through it.
- Can you explain the difference between primary and secondary water treatment?
Marketing Coordinator
The interview process started with a call from an in-house recruiter, followed by a one-hour interview with two members of the corporate marketing team. The next step was an in-person interview, which involved traveling across the country for a three-hour session with six different people, interviewed in groups of two. After this, there was a three-month wait before I was notified that I was one of three finalists. Despite multiple follow-ups with interviewers and HR, I never received a decision.
