Two people were on the call and they quickly went over the plan. The one leading the call didn't seem very friendly, kind of neutral and it was hard to chat with them.

- I was given 40 minutes to solve a problem about flowers blooming. You need to write a method to identify which flower, given its radius, would cause the most other flowers to bloom. The result of your code will be checked against the correct answer, so your logic needs to produce that exact outcome.
- Describe a time you had to ship something with performance issues and how you resolved it.
