The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the Director. Then, there were four more Zoom interviews with a group of my potential peers. The final step was a culture interview that focused on behavioral questions. It was a pretty smooth process overall, and the recruiter kept me informed about the timeline for each step.

The overall experience was good. The hiring coordinator was professional. The turnaround time after each interview was about 1-2 weeks. Make sure you understand the technical problems before the interview.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out about the job. The whole interview process went by fast and was super smooth, actually one of the best I've had. First up was a HR chat to see if my interests aligned with the position. Then, I had a technical interview with the hiring scientist. The last part was meeting some of the team over Zoom for about 4 hours, since it was during COVID. Everyone on the team was really professional and asked some very relevant questions, covering both behavioral and technical aspects. They also gave me all the info I needed about the job and what the company culture is like.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • A mix of technical and behavioral questions were asked.
