The interview process felt a bit off, like the managers weren't super knowledgeable about what they were talking about. They asked some pretty standard questions and didn't really dive into my qualifications enough.

I had a one-way screening interview, and then waited about a month to hear back before meeting with a partner in the office I was targeting. Three weeks after that, I interviewed with two more partners on the hiring committee. They told me I'd hear back in about two weeks, but I didn't. I followed up twice over six weeks, and then they ghosted me.

I recently interviewed for a role at Freeman Mathis & Gary, and it was a really great experience. From the moment I got there, the receptionist was super welcoming. The interview process itself was thorough but also made sure not to waste my time. Everyone on the interview panel knew their stuff and seemed genuinely interested in learning about me and what I can do. They asked some really good questions and took the time to tell me all about the job and the firm's vibe. What I liked best was how open and clear they were about everything. They kept me in the loop the whole time, from setting up interviews to giving me feedback later. It really shows how much they care about their people, with all the professionalism and attention to detail. All in all, interviewing there was awesome. Even if I don't end up getting the job, I'll definitely remember this as a top-notch way to do interviews.

It was a pretty chill chat with some partners. The conflict check stuff took a bit, but then we moved fast. Had a phone screen, then an in-office interview, then another screening call. After that, there was a drug test and a criminal background check. They extended an offer, and then there were the final conflict checks. If you feel like you're not hearing back, don't get your hopes up too much, they move quickly.
