The interview was in person. I felt it went pretty well. I even ended up following up over the weekend because I was told that's when the real action happens. I wasn't made an offer, and it's been almost 9 months and the job is still listed as open, which makes me question if they actually want to fill the position.

Behavioral Presentation

It was very straightforward. We met on Microsoft Teams and I was asked about my background. I was given the history of Freebird and what they did. I was asked some more specific scenario questions and there was time at the end for me to ask a few questions. The person who interviewed me was very kind and confidently answered all of my questions.

The interview was really chill and felt natural. They seemed super curious about who I am and what I’m hoping for career-wise at Freebird. After the second chat, the VP mentioned I’d get an update in a few days, but it actually took almost three weeks to hear back.
