Store Manager
The interview was super professional and fast. We talked about the job details for the specific location I applied to and my management background, which isn't in retail. I was actually surprised they called me in since I don't have retail experience, but I thought it was cool they were open to considering me based on my transferable skills. I didn't get an offer, which I totally get because they probably needed someone with more direct experience. I appreciated the email follow-up instead of silence, and they even said they'd be open to contacting me in the future if that's okay. Overall, it was a really smooth process from applying to hearing back, all within 6 days including the weekend.

Assistant Store Manager
I had my interview in a dressing room and the interviewer struggled to come up with questions. She mentioned that even with a fashion degree, finding a job might be tough, sharing her own experience of working entry-level retail for five years before advancing.
- What inspires you?
Store Manager
I applied online and completed a short survey. Then, I was emailed to schedule an interview. I met with the Store Manager first, and then the District Manager. The process was very professional, and the questions were relevant to the role and helped them assess if I'd be a good fit for the brand and company.
