So first off, everyone had to do a HireVue. Then, about two weeks after the application deadline, I got an email about the Intern Interview Day. The actual interview day was pretty cool, but the interview itself was only 25 minutes long. It was in a big room with a bunch of other potential interns interviewing all at once. For me, it felt like it could have gone on longer, but the time limit kind of cut it short.

It's pretty hard to get a foot in the door at first. If you know someone who already works there or can link up with a recruiter on LinkedIn, it'll really help you get noticed.

The interview process had three parts: the application, a HireVue interview, and then an in-person interview in Philadelphia. I got to the final in-person interview in PA. It was pretty straightforward. Just so you know, they don't cover travel or give any money if you have to go to PA for the interview.
