It was pretty quick and to the point. Had a few phone calls before an in-person interview at the store. The first interviewer seemed cocky and not into it until I got to talk to someone higher up.

Behavioral Group Other

I went through three interviews and spent a few hours at the restaurant observing and participating in their operations, culture, and systems. My interviews were with a District Manager and an Operations Manager. They were both easy to talk to, and the interview felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. It was a good way for both sides to get to know each other. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a long process. First, a phone interview with HR and talent acquisition. Then, a Skype interview with the Director of Operations. After that, I had an in-person interview with the Director of Operations and the President of the company. About two weeks later, they asked me to fly to Arkansas to check out a store location and do a walk-through to see if it felt like a good mutual fit. Then about a week after that, I got a formal job offer.
