Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process involved three rounds. First, there were two rounds of behavioral interviews focusing on typical questions. Then, there was one technical round, which was a coding exercise. Behavioral

I applied through my university's career site and got an interview at school. My interviewer was great and really seemed to embody the company culture. I passed that first step and was supposed to go to a 'Freddie Day'. But then I got a vague voicemail saying the event was off and they'd let me know more later. I tried calling and emailing, but kept getting different stories. Even though I passed the first round and didn't get to finish the process, I got an email weeks later thanking me for my interest.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was an online interview where I had to record myself, and it was mostly behavioral questions. Then, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager, which could be technical and tested my domain knowledge. Lastly, there was the Freddie Day, which used to be an in-person event at the HQ in McLean.
