The process was quick and straightforward. I interviewed with a recruiter, a hiring manager, and 4 other people in the span of about a week or two. It was a total of three interviews.

The recruiting department is super slow and unresponsive, taking a really long time to get back to candidates after each interview round. Management is better at responding, though. Typically, there are about 3 interview rounds, including a recruiter chat, a hiring manager meeting, a team interview, and then an interview with a VP or director. Some stages might involve presentations or panel discussions.

I applied through a Recuriter, and the whole process took about 3 weeks. They invited me for a face2face interview at the McLean, VA location. The interview was very relaxed. It was a 6 people panel interview asking job-unrelated questions. One of the interviewer (Employee) said her major was Music. The manager specifically said they're trying to mix their team with "other culture" (black folks) to look "balance". At that point, I knew I'm in a wrong company. I said to myself, "You're being hired for your skin not your skills". I have passed that level in my career so I smiled and went with the flow. I accepted another offer from one of the best Federal contractor and ignored their calls.
