The whole thing took about a month. There were two interviews: first, a phone call, and then an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. I got the offer about three weeks after the interviews. Orientation and training started a week after that.

Got an email the day after I applied to schedule a 15-20 minute phone chat with the recruiter about general stuff and salary expectations. Then, I got a quick follow-up to set up a 1.5 hour in-person interview. Since I'm from out of state, we did it virtually instead. It was supposed to be 45 minutes with the supervisor and 45 minutes with the other lab techs, but they both finished early, around 30 minutes each. The lab techs asked way more questions than the supervisor, who was pretty laid back.

The team was great, but they kept me hanging for about two weeks after my final interview. It would've been better if they just told me I wasn't a fit instead of saying I was still in consideration. So, if you interview there and don't hear back within a week, it's probably not a match.
