First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frazier & Deeter.
Audit Intern
The interview process started with on-campus interviews, which were mostly about you and any topics you brought up. Then, there were in-office interviews that were completely behavioral, focusing on how you'd handle specific situations, like times you've worked in a team.
- Tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict within a team.
Auditor
The interview process included a recruiter call, a group interview, and an onsite interview. There was a pre-interview social event that was enjoyable and recommended for meeting people from the office. However, some people gave off a fake vibe. It's important to pay attention to your instincts and ensure you like the people you'll be working with, as this is the most critical factor.
- Can you talk about your academic background and your career journey so far?
Auditor
I interviewed on campus for this role, and it was a really laid-back, comfortable interview. They seemed to focus more on my 5 year plan and resume credentials. About a month after the initial campus interview, I was invited for an office visit. There, I interviewed with four different managers. The first interview focused on how I would fit into the company's culture. The next one was about how well I communicated. The third seemed to focus on my people skills. The final interview was a behavioral situations interview. I felt extremely comfortable with all four managers.
- Describe how you manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Can you share an experience where you were assigned a project with unfamiliar subject matter and explain your approach to handling it?
