Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty simple and easy. Mostly behavioral questions, asked by the partner you'd be working with. They want concise answers. Questions are about project planning and handling deviations. They're looking for people eager to learn, even if the interview isn't super intense.

The interview process started with on-campus interviews, which were mostly about you and any topics you brought up. Then, there were in-office interviews that were completely behavioral, focusing on how you'd handle specific situations, like times you've worked in a team.

Behavioral Group

The interview process included a recruiter call, a group interview, and an onsite interview. There was a pre-interview social event that was enjoyable and recommended for meeting people from the office. However, some people gave off a fake vibe. It's important to pay attention to your instincts and ensure you like the people you'll be working with, as this is the most critical factor.

Behavioral Group

Applied through school after reaching out before recruiting season. First on-campus interview with a partner, 30 mins, behavioral questions. Next day, got an email for an office visit with dates to choose from. Confirmed with recruiter, further instructions closer to the date. Second round was from 8 AM to noon. Started with a firm intro, then four interviews with different staff and managers. They were totally conversational, testing personality. Office tour and a final roundtable with three more staff to finish. Got a call about an offer the following Monday.
