So HR called me about a full-stack developer role and we talked about salary expectations. Then they set up 2 rounds: one for front-end, one for back-end, plus a manager round. After that, HR told me that the manager and tech panel liked me but wanted to interview more people and asked me to wait 1-2 weeks. Two weeks later, HR said the same thing, positive feedback but still waiting. A month after, HR said the manager wanted another back-end round, and I agreed even though my interest was fading, and HR blamed COVID for the delays. Instead of one round, I ended up having two rounds with the manager again, both technical. The next day, HR scheduled a round with the director. That call went well, and he said they'd release the offer in 2 days. A month later, HR contacted me again asking if I was still interested and needed to talk to business. I told them I was already in my notice period and had other offers because they took over 60 days to decide and seemed confused. I asked what they were really looking for since the director promised an offer in 2 days. Initially, I was eager to join, but now I'd lost interest. HR then asked about my expectations again, and I mentioned having a good offer. He asked me to let him know so he could talk to business and close it this week. He apologized for the delay and said okay. He never got back to me. I wonder how many other candidates were put on hold for the same position. They should have just given a clear yes or no. Obviously, even if they had offered me, I would have rejected it. In the end, the company I was initially interested in ended up being rejected by me.

It's an on Campus Drive in DEC-14 There are 4 rounds: 1: Verbal test 2: Quant, Analytics, Technical MCQS(co-cubes-60 Q) 3: HR(at the college) 4: Technical Interview at their Office(Mostly related to projects and java. They care/doesn't care about any new technologies that you learn based on the panel) For my GoodNess, I have been through an extra HR-interview among all the participants, where I have been asked about my present other offers and major project details) They are very good at organising the entire selection process with no delays. But after giving 95% in my TR & was one of 2 members who are selected for extra Round among all, I am not in the shortlisted candidates instead several other people are selected who completed 1 TR. Rejection by stating reason is better than simply removing at the last extra round of selection process.

Technical Behavioral System Design

The interview process was really good. I first joined for a screening with two tech people at the same time. After two days, I had a video call with an Architect where the conversation was mainly about deep technical, process-oriented, and architecture-based questions. On the same day, I met one-on-one with the Director of Technology for a discussion that covered both technical and personal topics.
