It was a pleasant experience. The interviewer was friendly and open. I felt comfortable asking questions. He explained all the benefits of working at FT and I appreciated the amount of time he spent with me, but I think we both realized I wasn't right for the job.

I applied online and heard back from HR about a month later for an initial call. After passing that, I had an in-person panel interview with three managers from different departments. They asked a lot of personality questions and then we did a role-play where I had to sell their products to them. They said they'd get back to me in a week, but a few days later I got a call for a final interview with the lead manager of the department I was applying for. It was pretty chill, felt comfortable, and everyone was nice. It seemed like a 'get to know you' type of interview. I was told there were more interviews after mine, so I expected to wait a bit, but to my surprise, I got a verbal offer the very next day. They followed up with a written offer via email. The whole process was great and they were really punctual.

The process started out normal, though a bit much for an entry level job. I had a phone interview with HR about a month after applying, then another in-person one with HR over two weeks later. A couple more weeks passed and I had an in-person panel interview with a supervisor, one in the room and one on the phone. The phone supervisor was really aggressive and rude, even insulting. They asked job-related questions then had me do a role-playing exercise where I had to pretend to be the job without clear instructions on how to proceed. I had to pretend to sell a product even if the customer wasn't calling for it. After that, I somehow got to a FOURTH interview over the phone with someone in Florida. This hour-long chat was super weird, like a hippy drum circle, and had no job-related questions. Things like 'When you look in the mirror, do you like who you see?' and 'Where do you think you get your negative traits from?' After that, it took another week and a half to get a sloppy email saying I didn't get the job. Honestly, after that last interview, I didn't even want it anymore.
