The hiring process took more than a month and was pretty straightforward. It involved only behavioral questions, no case studies or deep technical dives. There were three interview rounds spread out over several weeks. They asked about my Excel skills and past analytical work.

The first round was an aptitude test. It's strange that a research role requires such a difficult exam, especially considering the compensation which is not as high as companies like Deloitte. Franklin Templeton's process is not worth it.
