Had some basic questions, wasn't too tough but it seemed like a pretty standard role and they hadn't totally figured out the details yet. It was just an okay experience overall, the role and company weren't that exciting.

The first interview was face-to-face with a panel of existing Project Managers, focusing on Project Management Practices and challenges. The second round was a telephonic interview with an Onshore Project Manager, similar to the first. There were significant communication issues from HR regarding scheduling, with emails not being sent or going to the wrong people, and HR being unavailable for confirmation. After the second round, there was no communication from HR, and they began to avoid calls, failing to inform candidates of their non-selection.

It was a pretty long interview process. First, I had a telephonic screening with HR. Then, I had a face-to-face interview in the Hyderabad campus with the hiring manager. After that, there was a bridge interview with an onshore manager from the US, which happened 3 months after the second round. Next, I had a face-to-face interview with the Director, followed by an HR round. The whole thing took nearly two weeks.
