Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite fast except at the end after the last round. It mostly asked behavioral questions like tell me about yourself, why Franklin Templeton, walk me through questions, and why did you decide to apply for this role at Franklin Templeton. The interviewers were nice.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out since the company was doing well post-recession and wanted to hire a senior. I went straight to one round, skipping HR, which was unusual. This round had three interviewers and lasted about 30 minutes. I guess I had a good recruiter who knew the hiring manager well.

it starts with a 30 min phone call with HR. if that goes well, you get invited back for the face to face interview. this part includes a typing test and a written test that take about an hour total. right after those tests, there's a panel interview with 2 supervisors from the department. they ask about 8-10 questions and write them down while you answer, which is nice cause they aren't just staring at you the whole time. the questions are behavioral and they want answers in STAR format.

  • Were there any unexpected questions during the interview?
