I applied online and heard back from a recruiter about a week or so later via email. They wanted to set up an initial chat to go over my interests in the company and my past experience. About a week after that, I had a second round, a "business interview" with the Head of Digital Platforms. The first round was about 20 minutes, and the second was about 30 minutes.

The interview process was quite straightforward, involving two interview rounds and a technical test. If you show positive signs, you can ace it. One of the rounds will be with HR, which is typically very easy.

Behavioral

I applied online and then got a call for an interview about a month later. The HR person really didn't screen people well. Instead of talking about my background, they asked a lot of behavioral questions that went deeper and deeper. I have a good track record, which I think should count for more, but it didn't seem to. I've done a lot of first-round interviews before, and this company's way of screening felt off because HR made quick judgments based on questions that didn't seem related. I didn't move on to the next stage, but I'm sure I would have been a top candidate if the hiring manager had a chance to interview me. This whole experience made me feel less positive about the firm, and I won't consider working there again.
