It was a 4 stage process. First there was a chat with the CEO. Then, I did a role-play with the academy manager. Next, I spoke with my potential manager. The final stage was a face-to-face interview where I had to give a presentation.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was a bit unusual. It started with an hour-long phone call to discuss the company, after which I moved to a first-stage interview. This interview mainly involved a deep dive into my resume and some rather random personal questions. I was told I'd get feedback on next steps within 24-48 hours after the team met, but even after following up, I never heard back. It would have been a better experience if they had valued my time as much as I did theirs.
