The first chat was about 30 mins and felt pretty good. The interviewer wanted to know more about me, asking a bunch of background stuff, not just for this role but maybe for other jobs they had open or might have soon. After that, they only replied once to my email a week later asking for an update. I sent two more emails a week later, and they totally ignored those. So, long story short, this place seems unprofessional and will just ghost you.

The interview process involved 3 rounds, beginning with a recruiter call. This company acts as a recruiter for other companies. The specific job opening was taken down from the job board, so that's that. They mentioned keeping in touch for future opportunities, but we'll see.

The interview process was a bit unusual. It started with an hour-long phone call to discuss the company, after which I moved to a first-stage interview. This interview mainly involved a deep dive into my resume and some rather random personal questions. I was told I'd get feedback on next steps within 24-48 hours after the team met, but even after following up, I never heard back. It would have been a better experience if they had valued my time as much as I did theirs.

First, I had a phone call with the CEO. Then, I had a Teams meeting with the marketing team. For the last stage, I was asked to prepare a presentation about my first 90 Days at Franklin Fitch. Overall, it was a really good and open interview process.
