I had a video call with a recruiter. After that, I was selected for a 2-hour interview session with some associates and the director. I got an email four business days later saying I didn't get the offer.

The interview was on campus. When I arrived, another candidate and I were quickly brought in to chat with someone from recruiting before the main interview. She was friendly and made us feel comfortable by encouraging questions. After that, I was called for a one-on-one interview. The interviewer introduced herself and her role, then asked me questions about my choice of school and major, and went over my resume. She also asked if I'd consider working in the Bay Area, but outside of SF. Then I got to ask questions, and she answered them thoroughly, giving me a good sense of the company culture, open environment, and work-life balance. She mentioned that compared to Big 4 firms, employees here work fewer hours and earn more. Their clients are mainly in tech, including venture capitalists and entrepreneurs, and the firm works with them from startup to public offering.

It was a pretty good interview experience. The people were really kind and friendly, and I actually had a good time talking to them, which is saying something because I'm usually pretty nervous. They had me shadow someone, and it didn't make me more nervous because the environment and energy were good.
