First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frank Rimerman and Co LLP.
Accounting Associate
The first step was a Skype call with a recruiter, who was really nice and down to earth. She mainly wanted to get to know me and see if I was interested in the firm and the rotational program. A few days later, I got contacted to schedule an onsite interview at their SF office. Since I was flying in from Boston, they covered my flights, hotel, and even booked my ubers to and from the airport. On the interview day, I met with a manager and a partner. They were both super friendly and didn't ask anything unusual. They just wanted to get to know me and my interest in Frank, Rimerman + Co. In between interviews, two associates took me to lunch. I got to learn more about the firm and their experiences in the rotational program. Both were super friendly and I genuinely enjoyed our conversation. Overall, this is a fantastic company that treats its employees with respect and gives them great opportunities to experience a range of different paths in public accounting. If given the opportunity to work at the firm, I'd highly recommend taking it. If I was from the Bay Area originally, I would have definitely started my career here.

Accounting Associate
The interview was scheduled with the school career center through the economic department for the accounting associate position after graduation. It was scheduled for a weekday morning at 10 am. It was a 2:1 interview with an HR associate and a manager. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and included introductions to the company and a Q&A session. The interviewer was very cheerful and talkative, but the time was short. They mentioned that they interviewed students in groups, using 4 interview rooms and conducting at least 8 interviews per hour in very short sessions. Nobody I know got an offer, though one student got a second interview.
