They were really fast to reply after I applied online. The interview and hiring process was pretty straightforward. I didn't really like that they made me submit references before even talking to me though, seems like that should come later.

I went to an Open House where multiple managers from different units were present. I was interviewed for positions on the telemetry floor and medical-surgical floors. About four weeks after the open house, I was contacted. They did update me after two weeks to let me know I was still being considered. Each manager was different. One manager just asked me to introduce myself, the next asked for my introduction and a few other questions, but mostly she talked about the unit. The last manager asked me the typical questions about strengths/weaknesses and to describe a conflict between a boss and a difficult patient.

It was a phone interview on Microsoft Teams. It wasn't too difficult, and the interviewer was friendly and approachable. It wasn't intimidating at all; overall, it was an easy and smooth interview. The only downside was that the manager was late for the interview and I had to wait in Teams for over 30 minutes.
