First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Framatome.
Software Engineer
It was a pretty standard interview with behavioral questions and some talk about my previous projects. The vibe was super friendly, and they didn't seem to expect deep technical knowledge. The whole thing lasted about an hour.
- Could you tell me about a project listed on your resume?
Software Engineer
I applied online and then got a call a couple weeks later from the supervisor of one of the groups at the location. We set up an online interview where I was asked questions by 3 or so other engineers. I didn't get the job but was suggested to another division in the company, and the same process happened. After the online interview, I traveled to the location and interviewed on site. I got a site tour and talked to lots of members of the team. Got an offer a few days after the on site interview.
- Can you tell me about a time you had a disagreement with someone in a group you were working with and how you handled it?
- How do you deal with a disagreement with a coworker, whether it's personal or work-related?
Technical Lead
It was a straightforward interview process with HR and the hiring manager. They asked typical questions about my background and professional experience. The team was very supportive throughout the interview. I found the role and submitted my application. Now that I'm part of the company, I highly recommend it for the continuous learning opportunities. Just be mindful of the workload.
- Can you tell us about your experience?
