The interview started with a discussion about my background and experiences, then moved to a technical discussion about previous projects. I completed a questionnaire via email, followed by a Teams interview.

Behavioral Other

It was a really long process. First, there was a personality test that took about an hour. Then, I had a 1-hour chat with HR. After that, I went for an onsite interview that lasted between 3 to 6 hours and included a tour. Interestingly, there were no technical questions. As I learned more about the job, it became clear it was a lot: high workload, constant demands, and an inefficient schedule. At least they were upfront about it.

Technical Behavioral

I applied online when I was in my second year of grad school and got a call back in Feb for a phone interview where we talked about my undergrad stuff. In mid-March, I was supposed to have an in person interview but it ended up being over video and they asked about company structure, behavioral questions, and technical knowledge. About three weeks later, they made an offer. It was a good offer but I had a better opportunity elsewhere.
