If your resume is selected, HR will contact you first for a basic interview. This will cover the company, the immigration process, the basics of your role, and how your experience fits. After that, a meeting will be scheduled with the Manager for a more detailed conversation about your experience and the company job role to evaluate your personality. The interview was pleasant.

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds, all of which I successfully completed. The final round was a discussion with HR about the compensation package, job title, and responsibilities, and I was asked to confirm my joining date. I replied with the confirmation date the next day, but I never heard back. I later found out my application was put on hold. It was really disheartening because the whole interview process took an entire day, and I felt it went well, but it all ended up being for nothing. They stated there were no openings, so my application was on hold and they would contact me when more positions become available. I'm confused by their response and process.

The interview process involved a computer aptitude test, an email writing exercise, a flowchart creation task, and a typing test. This was followed by personal interviews with a manager, a senior manager, and the MD. The whole thing lasted about half a day, from 9:30 AM to 2:20 PM. Document verification was supposed to happen during the final interview with the MD, but it didn't. I was told I could leave and they would let me know about the other applicants they were considering. I'm not sure if I'll get an offer because I've had employment gaps due to health issues and career choices.
