First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fragomen.
Intern
The interview was pretty simple, with a mix of questions about motivation and your skills. The assessment day had two parts: a group activity and then a panel interview with two managers from the company.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in this company and this specific role?
Intern
The interview process was pretty simple. First, there were some video interviews where they asked about my motivation, my understanding of current immigration issues, and whether my values matched the firm's. After that, I was sent a psychometric test that I found a bit challenging.
- What makes you want to apply to Fragomen?
Intern
I interviewed online using a program like HireVue. There were 4 questions, including one about why I want the internship and a non-exam question. I haven't heard back yet, even though the deadline was a while ago.
- Regarding the internship, why are you interested in it?
- Can you share some challenges you've encountered?
- Is there anything you'd like to share that isn't on your CV?
