I first had a HR phone call to discuss my CV and experience, then I had an interview with two team managers on Microsoft Teams. It was enjoyable, the managers were very kind and the questions were what you would expect.

I applied online for the regional team and heard back from the recruiter within a week. I then had a phone screening, and after that, I was invited for an interview. On the same day as the interview, I met with HR one-on-one, took a written test, and had a session with two hiring managers. I was told a week after the interview that I didn't make it to the next round.
