First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fragomen.
Business Analyst
The interview was friendly, structured, and efficient. The interviewers asked good questions, listened well, and made me feel comfortable. They were clear about what they expected, communicated well, and had a tone that was professional but also warm, making the whole experience positive and engaging.
- Can you tell me about the company's business?
- Why are you interested in working here?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Business Analyst
It was an online webex video interview, we had aptitude tests for communication skills, some basic questions were asked, and multiple choice questions too. Then there was an article writing on a given topic. The whole interview process took about an hour.
- Tests were conducted for communication and aptitude to assess English language proficiency.
- Compose an article based on a provided subject.
Business Analyst
The process has two main parts: a direct interview and a written test. The written test shows your writing skills, and then you move on. Being fluent in English helps a lot. Just be yourself, and they'll notice what makes you unique. There's nothing to be scared of, but make sure you know your history well. Frame your resume, dates, and plans carefully, and you'll get through the interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What does your resume say about you?
- Do you have the ability to multitask?
