The interview process involved an initial recruiter call, followed by meeting with multiple partners in their offices. The HR representative occasionally forgot to guide me to the next room. Although each meeting was scheduled for 20 minutes, I was left waiting for about 40 minutes in each room, which became awkward as the attorneys were trying to get back to their work. This was the second interview, following a brief initial interview with an attorney conducted at my law school during OCI.
