First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fragomen.

Applied through a job board and received an automated email for a screening interview four days later. I scheduled it for the next day. It was a standard screening with relevant questions from the talent specialist. Surprisingly, I got an interview request with the hiring manager the very next day. It seems this role prioritizes cultural fit over experience and skills, unless you already align with their expectations. I suspect mirroring the interviewer's personality could lead to further advancement. A month has passed with no update, and I don't anticipate one, as I realized within the first few minutes that I wasn't a good fit.
- Can you briefly introduce yourself in under 30 seconds?
Senior Analyst
It was a 3-round process. First, there was an HR call where they basically went over my education and work history. Then, I had a chat with the hiring manager about immigration stuff, both for Singapore and overseas, and how I'd deal with tough situations. The final round was with a partner who was really chill and made good points.
- What's your approach to managing a challenging client?
- How do you resolve difficult situations with your manager?
Analyst
The interview started with a self-introduction. Then, I was asked to describe my previous job and the responsibilities I handled. Following that, there were questions about immigration, specifically what I know about it. Finally, I was asked about my education and what I have studied.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivated your decision to pursue an MBA?
- Could you elaborate on your previous role and its duties?
