Maintenance Technician
The interview process was quite thorough and got straight to the point. The interviewer was very polite and addressed all the questions I had. I felt comfortable and confident because of her great attitude and politeness.

Maintenance Technician
I filled out an online application for a few local jobs. They got in touch quickly. Then I met with the community director at the job site for an interview. They asked standard job questions and how I would deal with residents and their complaints.
- What's your approach to handling a resident who is upset about a plumbing issue?
Maintenance Technician
It was a bit messy but overall a good experience. First, they give you a skills test, then there's a one-on-one interview. After that, they have you come in for another one-on-one where they discuss their questions for you and your performance on the skills test.
- Are you open to training?
