I interviewed in Taipei, Taiwan. Two directors spoke with me, which is typical as one is usually an engineering lead who focuses on technical questions, and the other is the department leader who asks more background-related questions. The whole thing took about 2 hours. Before the interview, there was an English test and an IQ test. An HR person also asked me some background questions.

I talked to HR first and she was really nice. She gave me a quick overview of the company and its work. Then, she asked me to discuss my background and interests. After that, we went over some behavioral and leadership questions. They were pretty standard, like asking about overcoming challenges or leading a team through success and failure. She then described the available roles and what to expect in the next stage.
