This was pretty easy if you have prior serving experience. They wanted about 2 years of serving experience. You had to take a test on liquor and wine knowledge. If they thought you had good experience, they would ask you back for a shadow shift.

Behavioral Technical

I walked in during a hiring event and was interviewed on the spot. Then, they asked me to apply so I could have another interview a few days later. Both interviewers seemed overwhelmed and had flat affect. They asked questions that didn't give any real insight into me. One interviewer was judgy and commented on my clothing style, suggesting a younger style is preferred for work attire. I did get a rejection email, which was baffling and tone deaf, as they invited me to come in and spend money at their restaurant, even mentioning specific dishes like crispy rice and short ribs.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process was straightforward and professional, though pretty laid back. You gotta show you're a team player and can step in when others need help. Also, be ready to share tips and rock a 1950's look. Being into food is a big plus 'cause you'll need to know the menu inside and out. This place really cares about the customer experience above all else, even profit. It's meant to be a point of pride for Fox, so if you can show you're the kind of person who'd represent that well, you'll do great.
